Stop Buying Premade Bubble Wrap — Make Your Own with the Ascent Instant Bubble Roll Machine

Super fast bubble cushioning you make yourself.

If your shop ships channel letters, signs, or equipment, you already know how much premade bubble wrap costs — and how much space those rolls take up. The Ascent Instant Bubble Roll Machine solves both problems at once.

Ascent Instant Bubble Roll Machine in action

What It Does

The machine inflates flat perforated film rolls into bubble cushioning on demand — right at your packing station. You produce exactly as much as you need, when you need it.

Key Features

  • Simple, easy-to-use operation — minimal training required
  • Saves valuable warehouse space — flat film rolls take up a fraction of the space of premade bubble wrap
  • Small footprint — fits easily into any packing area
  • Stand and Roll Winder included — the winder holds the inflated roll as it comes off the machine
  • The rolls cost significantly less than purchasing premade bubble wrap

Perforated Film Rolls

Each film roll produces 300 meters (985 feet) of bubble cushioning, with a width of 80 cm (31.4").

Two rolls ship in one compact box: 1.33" × 0.66" × 3.22"

All rolls come with tear-up perforation — no knife needed to separate sections.

Three Bubble Sizes Available

Size Diameter
Large 4.2 cm (0.16")
Medium 3 cm (0.11")
Small 2.2 cm (0.086")

Choose the bubble size based on what you're wrapping — large bubbles for heavier items, small bubbles for delicate surfaces and tight corners.

Why This Makes Sense for Sign Shops

Sign shops and equipment dealers ship fragile, irregular, and high-value items daily. Premade bubble wrap is bulky to store, expensive per roll, and you always seem to run out at the wrong moment.

With the Instant Bubble Roll Machine:

  • You store flat film rolls instead of inflated wrap — dramatically less space
  • You inflate only what you need, eliminating waste
  • Your cost per meter of cushioning drops significantly
  • You always have material on hand — no emergency supply runs
