Channel Letter Types Produce with Ascent Equipment
Ascent unique assembly system allows to produce trimless letters, reverse halo without welding, and Epoxy front letters
UL extrusion/profiles are non-proprietary and can be purchased from Ascent at very competitive prices or in large quantities directly from the manufacturer. Extrusion is painted with Epoxy white that can be used without repainting or as an excellent primer for different colors. Other colors of extrusions are available.
Ascent extrusion system uses a pneumatic gun (supplied with the machine) with tiny stainless-steel nails to make the initial shape of the letter and does not rely on adhesive (the competition's system, which uses glue and a magnet table, makes it almost unmanageable to produce trimless letters).
The Ascent extrusions system is a UL/RU Recognized Component for indoor and outdoor use for letters up to 66" (the competition's own guidance recommends not exceeding 38" for exterior use). Ascent's stainless-steel clip system makes for easy mounting.
