The Ascent profiles system gives a sign shop a practical way to build trimless and reverse halo letters without welding.

Letter styles: The same system can produce trimless faces, reverse halo letters, front-and-reverse-lit combinations, and edge-illuminated work. That lets a shop offer several constructions without learning a separate assembly method for each one.

Cost Efficiency: The user-friendly assembly of the Ascent system streamlines your manufacturing process and reduces costs. Using pneumatic pin guns (supplied with the machine), the system is designed to reduce labor by eliminating or automating several manual fabrication steps. Unlike other systems, the Ascent system doesn't require magnets to hold the returns in place or create a step in the acrylic face, which would increase cutting time on the CNC router. With the Ascent system, front-lit letters won't require trim, and reverse (Halo) lit letters won't need welding, simplifying fabrication.

Installation and maintenance: The clip system lets the back panel snap into place. Installers can open it again for wiring or service without cutting apart the letter.

Durability Redefined: Our fabricated letters are engineered to last and are resilient against common failure points. The Ascent system eliminates elements that fail in traditional manufacturing methods, such as the welding point on reverse letters or the trim cap in front illuminated letters. Another critical factor in the durability of the letters is the use of stainless-steel pins and adhesive to bond the acrylic and aluminum together. The optically clear glue used for front-lit letters is certified by a reputable laboratory. It is manufactured by a large US company, ensuring its durability regardless of weather and temperature. Additionally, the facility to service these letters will increase the ability to maintain the signs in excellent condition for decades.

Extrusion Profiles: The extrusion profile materials are primed with epoxy paint for easy painting and are available in four different sizes: 1.75", 2", 3", and 4".

Complex and Small Shapes: Enjoy intricate designs and delicate shapes with the Ascent system. Leveraging superior material properties and machine precision, the Ascent system effortlessly fabricates even the smallest shapes, where the limitation is often the LED illumination rather than the fabrication itself.
