Industrial-grade quality assurance
Dual-loop refrigerant direct cooling — efficient and stable cooling for consistent performance across any environment. Unlike air-cooled systems that degrade above 15°C (59°F), the STR holds stable laser output all the way to 60°C (140°F).
Stable operation under extreme temperatures — tested at −19.9°C (−3.8°F) and 71°C (160°F). Rated for environments from −30°C (−22°F) to +60°C (140°F) operating, −40°C (−40°F) to +70°C (158°F) storage.
IPX3 waterproof — protected against water spray from any direction for shop-floor durability.
IP5X dustproof — dust-protected for long-term reliability in demanding industrial environments.
Power compensation adaptive correction technology
Over time, laser output naturally decreases. When the STR detects that power "Po" has fallen below the preset threshold "Ps", the system actively compensates — pushing output back up and maintaining consistent weld quality for the lifetime of the machine. Power fluctuation stays under 1%.
Stable laser output across all temperatures
The STR series maintains flat power output across its full operating range. Air-cooled welders lose significant power above 15°C (59°F). The dual-loop refrigerant system keeps the STR flat from −30°C (−22°F) to +60°C (140°F).
