Features
The solution for traditional notching & flanging letters and reverse/halo channel letters.
The price includes installation, training at the customer's location by an Ascent-qualified technician, and lifetime technical support (from Buffalo, NY, Toronto, ON, and Kentucky).
- Material depths range from 1" to 8".
- The aluminum coil thickness ranges from 0.012" to 0.063".
- Stainless and galvanized steel thicknesses up to 0.040".
- The feeding system employs alternating robotic arms, which conserve material, increase feeding torque, enhance accuracy, and minimize material scratches.
- The lead screw features double rails and four sliders, which enhance positioning and transmission. This design results in greater force and more stable cutting, allowing for the efficient processing of wide and thick materials.
- Using a planer grooving system with imported high-strength alloy cutting inserts, the eight interchangeable cutting tips ensure stable and aesthetically pleasing cuts. Each cutting insert features multiple tips that can be used individually and require no maintenance or sharpening, resulting in essentially zero-cost operation.
- The automatic V-groove system, controlled by a high-precision servo motor, enables V-shaped cutting and bending while automatically adjusting the cutting size within an error margin of ≤0.01 mm.
- An automatic bending system with pneumatic clamping and a servo flange structure that easily bends, offering faster processing speeds and higher precision.
- The vertical telescopic bending system features a bending radius of up to 5 mm and includes an automatic material cutting device, significantly enhancing work efficiency. It also utilizes a double-barreled striking and bending machine, which provides faster operation and greater forming accuracy, ensuring precise processing.
- Utilizes Ascent software for the bending machine, perfectly aligned with the processing procedure, and includes lifetime free software upgrades.
- All motors are servo-driven, with a total of 8 axes.
- The automatic tooth rotation function adjusts the punch teeth according to the angle of the letter shape and trims them at curved positions.
- An independent material support frame ensures stable material feeding.
- The entire machine is hard chrome-plated for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance.
