• Material depths range from 1" to 8".

• The feeding system employs alternating robotic arms, which conserve material, increase feeding torque, enhance accuracy, and minimize material scratches.

• Using a planer grooving system with imported high-strength alloy cutting inserts, the eight interchangeable cutting tips ensure stable and aesthetically pleasing cuts. • The automatic V-groove system, controlled by a high-precision servo motor, enables V-shaped cutting and bending while automatically adjusting the cutting size within an error margin of ≤0.01 mm.
• An automatic bending system with pneumatic clamping and a servo flange structure that easily bends, offering faster processing speeds and higher precision.
• The vertical telescopic bending system features a bending radius of up to 5 mm and includes an automatic material cutting device, significantly enhancing work efficiency. It also utilizes a double-barreled striking and bending machine, which provides faster operation and greater forming accuracy, ensuring precise processing.
• Utilizes Ascent software for the bending machine, perfectly aligned with the processing procedure, and includes lifetime free software upgrades.
• All motors are servo-driven, with a total of 8 axes.
• The automatic tooth rotation function adjusts the punch teeth according to the angle of the letter shape and trims them at curved positions.
