Channel Letter Types Produce with Ascent Equipment
Ascent unique assembly system allows to produce letters without trim, reverse/halo without welding, and Epoxy front letters
UL extrusion/profiles are non-proprietary and can be purchased from Ascent at very competitive prices or in large quantities directly from the manufacturer. Extrusion is painted with Epoxy white that can be used without repainting or as an excellent primer for different colors. Other colors of extrusions are available.
Ascent extrusion system uses a pneumatic gun (supplied with the machine) with stainless steel tiny nails to make the initial shape of the letter and does not rely on the adhesive (the competition system using a glue and magnet table is almost unmanageable to produce letters without trim).
The Ascent extrusions system is certified by UL for indoor and outdoor use for letters up to 66" (the competition only up to 48"). Ascent stainless steel clips system makes for easy mounting.
