Features:

-
The Ascent-4AS is fully programmable and calibrated for all materials, with the ability to add new materials easily in the future.
- The machine has all necessary components, including a coil holder and extrusion holder.
- UL extrusion/profiles are non-proprietary and can be purchased from Ascent at competitive prices or in large quantities directly from the manufacturer.
- The extrusion is painted Epoxy white, which can be used without repainting or as an excellent primer for different colors. Other colors of extrusions are available.
- Ascent's extrusion system uses a pneumatic gun (supplied with the machine) with stainless steel tiny nails to make the initial shape of the letter, eliminating the need for adhesive. This makes producing letters without trim easier than the competition's system that uses adhesive and magnet table.
- The Ascent extrusion system is UL-certified for indoor and outdoor use for letters up to 66" (the competition is only certified up to 48").
- The machine can accommodate stainless steel, brass, aluminum, galvanized steel, and copper coils.
- The coils are from 1/2″ to 5.30″ in height (up to 7") and from 0.025" to .063" in thickness.
- Ascent equipment is the only bending system in the industry that can make the smallest letters, with no limit on size.
- The extrusion system can produce reverse/halo letters without welding.
- Relatively low-skilled operators can quickly operate the machine and perform the final assembly of channel letters after three hours of training.
- Ascent includes installation, start-up, and complete training on the equipment with every machine.
- The Ascent bending equipment utilizes separate knife and cutter heads for aluminum and stainless steel (software-driven), producing more accurate letters than the competition that uses a lengthy mechanical setup when changing materials.
- The Ascent equipment uses electrical power 110Vac/30Amps and compressed air, making for a cleaner and more efficient operation compared to systems with an oil pump.
- Critical components of the machines are made in Japan for superior reliability.
- All the adhesives recommended by Ascent are produced and tested by the largest adhesive manufacturers in the US.
- Ascent uses specially formulated Epoxy to prevent "yellowing" when exposed to UV light.
- Support technicians are available from Toronto, Ontario, or Buffalo, New York, and over the Internet for diagnostic, calibration, and additional training.
- Competitive price.
- Familiar Windows operating system.
- This channel letter-bending machine is fully assembled and ready to go.
- Large stainless steel output table.
