Ascent Trim Machine is an “industry-first” that converts flat aluminum into 1” trim and then automatically forms the trim into the letter shape

The aluminum coil comes in a variety of colors. We keep a good stock in White, Black, and Red.

The price per foot for the aluminum coils is roughly half of the cost of traditional plastic trim the customer saves on assembly time.

The benefit of using aluminum is that the trim will not fade, crack or distort over time. 

Of course, you benefit from significantly reducing the labor in manually forming plastic trim. 

In addition, the machine can process all traditional plastic trims.

The machine is equipped with a 360° cutter that will make a notch in the accurate, correct position.

This remarkable machine can be used as an addition to any bending machine on the market.
